Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is disassembled, cleaned, and placed back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized heavy-goods courier to collect the equipment from your address at a time that fits your schedule.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our UK warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
